Our whole egg liquid uses high tech, triple tube pasteurising and homogenising techniques to deliver a range of high quality liquid egg products for our customers. This takes the hard work out of cracking eggs for businesses like bakeries, cake makers and pasta manufacturers. Our range of liquid eggs are available Chilled or Frozen and can accommodate large manufacturers with pallecons or smaller users in the format of 10kg bags in boxes. Depending on you frequently you use the product, we offer a 5 x 2kg vacuum sealed bag option, to avoid a premature expiry date.
