At Superdojo, we use martial arts as a tool to educate kids and families on proper social skills and emotional management. We make learning those boring skills like communication and emotional intelligence actually fun!
In addition to classes at our location in Elkton, MD we tour Elementary Schools and host incredible assemblies with the ENTIRE school in one or two days. We rotate between 6 important and powerful lessons: The Meta Moment, Positive Environment, Balance, The Focus Master, Growth Mindset, and Pre-Bullying (what to do before you suffer from Bullying!).
