SuperMD is a mobile and web application developed to encourage & support the reduction of non-adherence to therapies in patients identified and treated for long-term conditions, (chronic disease). Utilizing a network of software and mobile applications, SuperMD empowers patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to manage and monitor a patients' response to prescribed therapies, enabling evidence-based diagnosis and treatment for better efficacy, while improving patients' outcomes and caregivers' quality of life. SuperMD mirrors responses and readings "live", between patient and caregiver, allowing for "peace of mind" or enabling vital intervention, when necessary.
