He was encouraged by his desire to overcome physical disabilities (which prevented him from taking up any heavy work at a distant place) through an independent job which would be clean pollution free light weight and some what sophisticated in nature.Packaging units are profitable as well as less Capital intensive. With sincere endeavour of Sri Paul his managerial ability and business acumen the unit has grown steadily and is expected to achieve a sales of over Rs 30 lakhs during the current year 1999-2000. Past track record of the unit is quite good with consistent profit earning and high market standing.
