Survivor Journeys®

Founded in 2015 by Dr. Jay Burton, Survivor Journeys™ is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing social, emotional and education support services to cancer survivors, their families and caregivers. We believe you become a survivor, the moment you receive a cancer diagnosis. We host a number of support groups with a range of focuses, including: any cancer (English-speaking & Spanish-speaking available), breast cancer, blood cancer, head & neck cancer, as well as a caregiver support group. In addition, we provide a pet therapy program, as well as a mentor program. We are committed to the members in our community, and continue to learn about increased needs of support groups through conversations and relationships with them. All services provided by Survivor Journeys™ are offered completely free of charge.
