Rooted in her upbringing in both Chicago and San Francisco, Susan was inspired by her mother, an award-winning designer, who instilled in her a deep appreciation for architecture and craftsmanship. Witnessing her mother's passion for building homes ignited Susan's own love for design from an early age. After a successful career with a Fortune 100 company, Susan followed her heart and founded Susan Thiel Design in 2008, marking the beginning of an illustrious journey in the world of interior design and construction.
