Cathy Sutherland is passionate about recruiting exceptional talent to client companies, and launched Sutherland Gets Talent in 2024. With 30 years of executive recruiting experience, Cathy saw a unique opportunity to serve small to mid-sized companies that want to recruit the best talent but are reluctant to pay a standard search firm fee. We implement the first critical steps of a retained search process to identify, recruit and present highly qualified candidates to the client over a no more than 6-week period. These candidates are motivated, have the technical and behavioral qualifications and are in the compensation range. And we do this for a third of the standard executive search firm fee.
