s+v+traffic is a specialized professional services firm focusing on traffic and transportation engineering, with emphasis on traffic operations, signal design, traffic safety, and transportation technology. Based in the Houston, Texas area, s+v+traffic was founded in 2020 by Dena Snyder, P.E., PTOE and Tony Voigt, P.E., PTOE. We provide a wide range of traffic engineering services for both public and private sector clients. Our services include traffic operations and simulation, congestion management, traffic impact and access management analysis, parking lot and garage circulation and access assessments, traffic signal and communications design, and Intelligent Transportation Systems planning and evaluation. Our traffic safety expertise includes strategic planning, crash data integration and analysis, network screening, countermeasure selection and prioritization, safety performance metrics and target setting, monitoring, and evaluation. Other unique services that we provide are research and synthesis efforts, surveys and focus group facilitation.
