Welcome to my page. I'm Shelley, a fully qualified REP'S level 3 personal trainer & nutrition adviser, based in Canterbury Kent. I also specialise in advanced nutrition for fat loss/weight management and exercise for Pre & Postnatal. If you are looking for a personal trainer that can bring the gym right to your doorstep, then you have come to the right place. You can also have your sessions outside in the garden, park, or on the beach, on those nice summer days. I have a full range of equipment that will suit all ages and ability's (beginner, intermediate and the more advanced) to make your training sessions interesting, fun and also challenging. Such as Kettlebells, free weights, TRX suspension trainer, domes, balls, bands, boxing gloves/pads and much more. All session plans are bespoke and tailored to your specific level of fitness, ability, likes, dislikes and goals. I use the latest advanced training techniques into training programmes, that will help you get faster and greater results. Such as High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) and Negative/Eccentric training, among many other training methods. Your training programme will be gradually progressive and I will give demonstrations, adaptions and progressions, so you will be guided through your sessions. You will find me approachable and non-judgemental, reliable (will be on time) down to earth and a good sense of humour. I will also make you work hard and push you when you need it.
