We are devoted to promoting diversity and gender equality - all are welcome! #BlackLivesMatter Our mission: Empower female-identifying individuals to achieve full potential in their careers as engineers and leaders. Expand the image of the engineering and technology professions as a positive force in improving quality of life, and demonstrate the values of diversity and inclusion. Our FY22 Goals: 1. Host at least one event per month 2. Host three professional development virtual events 3. Develop a corporate sponsorship & fundraising program 4. Host event with collegiate sections to build new membership 5. Host K-12 outreach event and create standard materials 6. Host one event with another professional organization
