Introducing Synapse, the premier Biotechnology Student Association at BMSCE. As a student-driven initiative, our mission is to enhance both the academic and extracurricular experiences of BMSCE students with a passion for Biotechnology. By engaging in various activities and events, we strive to create a vibrant, resourceful, and interactive community for students. Our key initiatives include: 1. Curating an extensive database of valuable resources to support students in their academic pursuits. 2. Hosting webinars, seminars, and workshops led by industry professionals and institutions to foster networking, internships, and industry connections, complementing the department's efforts. 3. Organizing engaging co-curricular events centered around Biotechnology, such as treasure hunts, quizzes, hackathons, exhibits, crime scenes, and escape rooms. 4. Promoting environmental awareness and social responsibility from a Biotechnological standpoint through hands-on initiatives, like soil and water studies. 5. Observing and celebrating significant occasions in Biotechnology and related fields, such as World Cancer Awareness Day and World Health Day. 6. Maintaining a comprehensive website featuring our resource database, an informative bulletin board, and a dynamic calendar to keep students updated on events and schedule changes.
