The SystR project addresses systemic risksby breaking down silos, aligning multi-level governance, and tailoring responses to local strengths using Smart Specialisation Strategies. The project will deliver, among others:
- An Adaptation Support Tool to guide systemic adaptation, building on P2R's Regional Resilience Journey
- A Community Empowerment Framework to mobilise local actors in developing tailored, transformative solutions
- Novel Governance Schemes to strengthen cooperation across scales and sectors
- Coherent Financial Roadmaps to support the implementation of resilience strategies and solutions
- An Ecosystem of Resilience Solutions, combining digital tools, cross-sectoral action, and nature-based solutions
- An Upscaling Toolbox and One-Stop Shop to accelerate uptake and support replication
Through its six demonstrations, SystR will demonstrate how integrated, locally tailored approaches can build systemic resilience across Europe.
