Tabili is a unique interdisciplinary venture founded by three sisters, focused on creating meaningful gatherings centered around the table. The name "Tabili," meaning "the table" in Yoruba, reflects its mission: to reclaim the table as a space for cultural exchange, intellectual engagement, human connection, and, of course, good food. At Tabili, the table serves as a space where thoughtfully curated gatherings and shared experiences bring people together, fostering meaningful conversations that strengthen connections and nurture both mind and spirit. Rooted in food anthropology, Tabili is renowned for its deep research, seamlessly blending intellectual engagement with sensory experiences. From thoughtfully prepared meals to curated discussion topics, research zines, food installations, and immersive events, Tabili explores the rich intersection of food, people, and the table. Collaborations include major museums, academic institutions, high-profile clients, and brands, offering bespoke catering and tailored experiences that leave a lasting impact. While based in Amsterdam, Tabili’s work has been featured in projects across London and Paris.
