Taka Gin Co

Indigenous-owned and the first of its kind, this flavour-bursting beauty is created for the culture seeker: a phytochemical feel-good fusion of native ingredients, local suppliers and flavourful compounds. The Taka brand and artwork represents the photochemical molecular components of the gin flavors and was inspired by Indigenous artist Vicki Couzens, with development by First Nations creative consultancy Leon Designs. Taka is crafted by Gypsy Hub at Craft & Co on Smith Street, Collingwood. Taka means taste, from the Gunditjmara language from South West Victoria. Taka Gin Co. was created for the fusion enthusiast, the thrill seeker, the culture maker. Experience a different kind, a special kind of identity, inspired by Indigenous fusion flavours from First nations people’s botanicals.
