Founded by Cameron Barnette, this consulting and recruiting one-man shop was created to help guide early stage startups in their hiring objectives. Take-Off Recruiting handles everything from placing talent, setting up recruiting software/tooling, creating interview slates, and more. We embed within early stage startups to help streamline/create processes and hire strategically based off highest P0 needs for the company. Cameron has worked with some of the top VC backed startups across the US (startups based in LA, Austin, SF, etc) and worked directly with the startup's CEO/CTO/VP of Engineering/President, etc. Disparate searches have ranged from Director of Product Management, Founding Software Engineer, Director of Cybercrime, Blockchain Intelligence Expert, Lead Mechanical Engineer, Data Analyst, and more.
