The Talent Development Impact Lab (tDIL)

The purpose of The Talent Development Impact Lab is help usher in the next generation of executive level talent emboldened to reshape living, working, and learning communities, create thriving ecosystems where human flourishing is a realistic endeavor for all! The 7-month journey encompasses coursework delivered by world renowned faculty at some of the nations top universities, executive coaching, and a “gate” project that has proven to completely change the trajectory of one’s career. tDIL is a game changer, where 84% of our participants have been promoted at least once, 52% promoted twice or more, 22 promoted to executive roles, 12 promoted to CEO, and 23 new businesses started by tDIL alumni. We have helped our alumni secure over $12.6 million in scholarships and awards to pursue MBAs, EMBAs, Specialized Masters, and Doctoral Programs.
