tDIL is a game changer, where 84% of our participants have been promoted at least once, 52% promoted twice or more, 22 promoted to executive roles, 12 promoted to CEO, and 23 new businesses started by tDIL alumni.
We have helped our alumni secure over $12.6 million in scholarships and awards to pursue MBAs, EMBAs, Specialized Masters, and Doctoral Programs.
