Talimarjan Operations and Maintenance LLC (TOM) is the operations and maintenance company related to the joint venture between TAQA, Mubadala, and Talimarjan Issiqlik Elektr Stansiyasi. TAQA is a diversified utilities and energy group with operations in more than 11 countries. Mubadala is a leading global investment company with a presence in over 50 countries. TOM operates a power plant consisting of two identical gas-fired combined cycle gas turbine units with total installed capacity of 900 MW. The plant is located in the city of Nuristan in the Kashkadarya Region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The company is committed to producing reliable power to meet Uzbekistan’s fast-growing demand for electricity.
