Talimarjan Shared Facilities LLC (TOM) is the facilities management company related to the joint venture between TAQA, Mubadala, and Talimarjan Issiqlik Elektr Stansiyasi. TAQA is a diversified utilities and energy group with operations in more than 11 countries. Mubadala is a leading global investment company with a presence in over 50 countries. TSF supports community infrastructure at the Talimarjan power complex, including a medical clinic, a water purification plant, a sewage treatment plant, social facilities, and sports facilities. The complex is located in the city of Nuristan in the Kashkadarya Region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
