Tandem is Joe Barham and Katie Ross. We've worked in artist management for the past 10 years, and have had the privilege of working with Grammy winners and developing artists alike. We've also held senior positions within the entertainment and tech industries—at commercial radio stations, live venues, startups and Fortune 500 companies. As Tandem, we are bringing together this experience and assembling an all-star network of creative professionals to meet the distinct needs of our clients.
