More on our History: Target HR is a specialist professional employment solutions company specializing in the recruitment of permanent and contract positions. In 1986, we began recruitment for corporate support positions. Our continuous successes led us to expand our horizons and in 2000, we decided to concentrate on this booming Information Technology business by acquiring and servicing some of the leading players in this industry. With this advancement, we expanded to different types of staffing like Implant and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to provide to our various clients across industries, verticals and diverse business units. In 2007 we started our US operations under the entity “IND-US Target LLC” which caters to our North American Clientele 2014 gave us a new direction by catering to start ups and mid size companies for their staffing needs. We believe that this is a great opportunity to capture more of the Indian Market. Our presence in the IT industry was stable that’s when we diversified into the Non-IT industries for the India Region. Capitalizing on our expertise, we also cater to the Executive and CxO levels of recruitment which requires headhunting skills and immense knowledge of the market.
