- Involved in the design and technical aspects of the product. Co-ordinated activities with Bullfinch, India (Tech Partners)
- Business plan, Investor memorandum creation
- Market Research - Focus groups, interview bar owners, field surveys
- Aided to the creation of the financial model
- Growing the Board (Including Non-Executive members)

NXOS, Registered as NXOS Investments Private Limited; started operations as an Entertainment Management Agency based out of Bangalore, India. It is an innovation hub, tapping new ideas and improving on existing concepts to create remarkably simple products and services at international standards.

By branching out into segments of Entertainment Management, Entertainment & Hospitality consulting, Design and Manufacturing; NXOS is soon to be a hub of multi-dimensional businesses under one.

Activities as manager of Events

- Led a team of 13 people and executed 3 weekly events in Bangalore, India.
- Involved in Business development/solutioning with creative ideas for entertainment solutions within the circuit of 5 Star Hotels and clubs.
- Involved in promotions and design creation for all the events
- Designed and setup an exhibition area at the World Auto Show, Hyderabad 2010.
- Effectively interacted with many artists local/National/International


As General manager, was involved in all of the above and :

- Business strategy meetings and marketing meetings in the setup of the other wings of the company i.e. ILM Academy, Soundstage.
- Generating status reports for all the wings of the company (Events, ILM Academy and Soundstage)
- Recruitment of staff if and when needed.
- The face of the company to future clients.

Data Acquisition can be viewed as a strategic framework for acquiring source system data and as such can be leveraged in the future when business requirements dictate the retrieval of other categories of data from other source system.

At a high level the goal was to acquire all business data from the said source systems, models and populate it into Enterprise DataWarehouse for a near future user consumption. We focused on acquiring data from credit card system (NCCS) for the Bank of Montreal, Canada.

Activities:

- Delivered Technical Specification and mapping documents as part of project deliverables. These documents bridged the gap between client requirements and a coder.
- Involved in the lower level design of the solution
- Coordinated activities between the offshore (India) and onshore (Canada) teams. The role demanded a project lead position and was leading a team of 7 people.
- Worked closely with the architecture team to discuss any problems and fixes that need to be in place.
