TARGET HR was founded in 2010 as a seperate division of TARGET SEARCH, focusing on HR solutions. Heidi Kempenaers is the owner and has a strong coaching, talent management and training background, built around 25 years’ experience as a Talent Management Consultant, HR Business partner and HR Talent Manager. Heidi has +10,000 hours experience in leadership development centers combined with +7000 hours of coaching experience with senior leaders from more than 25 different countries. Key projects in her career included management & leadership development, performance management and high potential coaching. She also managed employer branding and talent acquisition projects as well as the introduction of new strategic HR processes. She trained hundreds of senior leaders in leadership skills like impact, change management, conflict management, time management, coaching, emotional and social effectiveness. So far, Heidi executed projects in more than 10 different countries.
