Hi my name is Amanda Taylor and I am the founder of Taylored Transformations.
I started on this path as I wanted to support people with their own wellbeing journey by helping them create a tool kit of wellbeing that works for them.
This is an important topic for me, after years of struggling I discovered some wellbeing tools that really made a difference, changing my life completely. I want to share this knowledge and help people find what works for them, knowing there is light at the end of tunnel.
I have been on my own wellbeing journey since 2018, getting support and learning about mental health and wellbeing, then going on to train in various areas from Hypnotherapy, Meditation, EFT, Mental Health First Aid, Wellbeing Mentoring and so much more.
