As a group of leading UK technology organisations dedicated to building a more diverse and inclusive workforce, our ambition goes beyond simply raising awareness. We’re taking action to rebalance representation in the UK tech industry for the benefit of individuals and the organisations they work for.

- Only 15% of people working in tech are from ethnic-minority backgrounds.
- Over 22% of employees in the UK private sector have experienced or witnessed racism from colleagues, customers or clients.
- And 34% of black employees in the UK technology sector believe their ethnicity will be a barrier to their career development.
This inequality harms lives and damages businesses. It limits opportunities, discourages and drives away talent, restricts recruitment and negatively impacts reputations.
TC4RE intends to overcome these challenges.
