TCG is an asset management and specialty advisory firm established in 2003 with a mandate to identify liquid and uncorrelated investments and advising family offices and family businesses. The founding family of TCG has a background in the chemicals and electronics industries dating back to 1918 in Shanghai, 1950 in Hong Kong and 1970 in Taipei. TCG’s Celera division was formed in 2013 to consolidate and spin out its regulatory, technology, and business infrastructure. As Celera has historically deployed capital for and serviced the diverse needs of the founding family and affiliated families, the focus has always been on risk adjusted performance rather than capacity and accelerated learning to master new areas. Celera has a diverse global team with industry experience spanning financial and non-financial sectors. The firm focuses on equity and debt financing for working capital driven businesses across 1) Financial Markets, 2) Digital Networks, and 3) Advanced Materials. The goal is to nurture and transform traders and trades into businesses.
