Team Project Run

An online running community founded in 2017 by Nike run coach Lloyd Kempson. Now a team of 5 experienced running coaches ranging from Olympian’s, world class athlete’s and highly passionate and experienced coaches. Our team is equipped to coach complete beginner’s to their first park run, help experienced runners reach a Boston Qualifier marathon or those looking to complete their first multi-stage ultra.
