We are building a next-generation public blockchain architecture that integrates cutting-edge cryptographic technologies such as Zero-Knowledge Proofs (zKP) and witness encryption. Through the innovative design of separating computation from verification, we significantly improve on-chain performance, user privacy, and system security. The platform is modular and scalable, supporting a wide range of applications including payment systems and AI agents. Our goal is to drive the adoption and implementation of Web3 technologies across diverse scenarios. This project is supported by the Neo Foundation, and our globally distributed core team includes multiple PhDs and postdoctoral researchers with strong academic backgrounds and deep practical experience in Web3.
