Team OC - Olivia Morton and Clare Suttie. We share our experience and expertise with in depth strategy days to focus on YOUR business. We also offer a selection of webinars. We both live and breathe the business of translation and we make a great team. That's why we've joined forces to create Team OC. As a practising translator and agency owner, we are perfectly placed to help you improve your translation business. We both love helping and mentoring translators in the business elements of their role and we feel passionate about encouraging translators to shout about the value of their fantastic skills. With Clare having run her translation agency since 1991, and her CV clinic for many years and Olivia having spoken at numerous events about translation careers, more and more translators are approaching us to help them, but this isn't something we can fit into just our tea (for Clare) and coffee (for Olivia) breaks any more. We transform translators' businesses and demystify the path to creating a profitable and fulfilling business as a freelance translator. We want to share everything we have learned over the years to help freelance translators thrive in an ever-changing industry.
