Our company was founded in 1991 by university lecturers and collaborators of the Ilmenau University of Technology, an internationally renowned university. We have long-term experience in the field of image processing and image recognition, as well as in the installation of image-processing applications in the most various fields. In close cooperation with the sub-department Lighting engineering of the Ilmenau university, we have developed image-resolving light and colour measuring devices for both laboratory applications and industrial automation. This measurement technique, which is being applied in the development and manufacture of luminous and illuminated devices such as displays, headlamps and luminaires, has become the industrial standard in the automotive industry just as in the supplier industry. Since 1991, we have been developing, together with Prof. Riemann, near-field goniophotometers for lamps and luminaires which have successfully been used by lamp and LED manufacturers as well as by luminaire manufacturers all over the world since 1995. In the field of the 2D- and 3D-measuring technique, the TechnoTeam company has contributed to major novel developments in the framework of several joint research projects. Thus, we are well able to help solve customer problems.
