Techpack is the result of the restructuring of Madeco, a diversified industrial conglomerate that included several non-related manufacturing businesses that have been divested since 2013. Techpack is controlled by Quiñenco (QUINENCO), which is part of the Luksic Group, one of Chile's leading business conglomerates. Techpack trades in the Santiago Stock Exchange (TECHPACK) and is headquartered in Santiago, Chile.
