The Tecity Group, founded by the late banker and philanthropist Tan Sri (Dr) Tan Chin Tuan, comprises an investment arm, The Tecity Family Office; a public-listed arm, Straits Trading Company Limited; a philanthropic arm, The Tan Chin Tuan Foundation (TCTF);and owns the Tan Chin Tuan Mansion. The Tecity Family Office was started in the 1970s with the incorporation of a group of private investment companies. Led by our Founder then, and now, the grandchildren of the Founder, several renowned advisers and an experienced team of investment professionals, the Family Office has grown to be one of the most structured single family offices in Asia today.
