TEDxBingerville

Bingerville is a beautiful city in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire.TEDx is a public speaking platform that helps to share ideas that are worth spreading, TEDx brings the spirit of TED’s mission of ideas worth spreading to local communities around the globe. TEDx events are organised independently under a free license granted by TED and include live speakers and recorded TED talks. The leadership team here at TEDxBingerville is made up of a diverse group of curious individuals who work to create experiences inspired by TED and the city we love. Driven by passion and curiosity, we are from the worlds of architecture, finance, IT, journalism, charity, design and everything in between. Our mission is to encourage dialogue and engagement, create inclusive spaces and foster debate and discussion that continues long after our events. As a non-profit, volunteer-led organisation, we are conscious of marrying the responsibility of delivering events inspired by the TED philosophy with our deeply held values of respect, collaboration and connection with the wider TEDxBingerville family. This family includes a great network of sponsors and over 200 volunteers who collectively make up our ‘Tribe’ – the glue that holds us together when it’s time to run our live events. Together, we seek out the most inspiring and innovative solutions that go beyond limitations, beyond labels, pushing boundaries to create the kind of world we all want to live in.
