Key Highlights: Establishment and Evolution: Initially registered as a company limited by guarantee in 2005, TEN/MET transitioned to NGO status under the NGOs Act No.24, 2002, in 2015. Our operational framework aligns with the 2015 constitution, recently amended in 2021. Beneficiaries: As a non-state actor, our impact extends to both direct and indirect beneficiaries. Direct beneficiaries encompass children, students, youths, communities, and teachers, while indirect beneficiaries include parents/guardians, Central Government, Local Government Authorities (LGAs), research institutions, and fellow CSOs.
