Terra Matters is a Groupement d’Intérêt Économique (GIE) initiated by the Ministry of the Economy and the Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg to accelerate the adoption of the circular economy at company level. We are the official entity responsible for the deployment of the Product Circularity Data Sheet (PCDS), now formally published as ISO 59040 in February 2025 – the first international standard dedicated to circularity data at product level. With the PCDS, businesses can: Measure and improve their product circularity: drive eco-design decisions and set measurable goals. Be transparent and showcase circularity performance to clients, regulators, tendering bodies, or certification schemes. Share and verify circular data securely across the value chain.
