The T4E programme enables you to introduce, train and develop coaching as an approach to evidence based professional development for teams or individuals. I also offer a 1:1 leadership coaching service for headteachers, senior leaders and teachers. This can either be on a professional basis, or in personal/professional life coaching. Team and individual development programmes are geared towards senior and middle leaders looking to improve the understanding of school systems and relationships and to improve the impact on team leaders and those that they line-manage. The T4E approach is a person-centred coaching development, designed for longer term adult learning and enhanced performance.
