The TestaVec in-vitro platform provides for primary culture, viral infection and differentiation of human iPSc cells and molecular analysis of clinically-relevant molecular biomarkers of vector - induced genotoxicity. Avoiding animal models that give biased oncogenic outreads, this leap in innovation from animal to human cell-based vector testing aims to accelerate the timeline to commercialisation for gene therapy products to reach the market to treat patients in need with once in a life-time medical care.
