The Texas Coaches Coalition (TCC) evolved from members of the 4 ICF Chapters in Texas (Austin, Houston, North Texas, San Antonio) getting together in a “retreat like” fashion to collaborate, learn/grow and decompress. TCC is the governing body that has been established to sustain the retreat and to cultivate ways to compliment, support and enhance professional coaching, coaching community and the Texas ICF Chapters.
The mission of the Texas Coaches Coalition (TCC) is to equip and elevate professional coaches and the coaching profession.
The purpose is:
* To provide education and best practices to new and established professionals
* To promote excellence in coaching through education, knowledge sharing, collaboration and role modeling
* To encourage and recognize growth and excellence in coaching
* To facilitate and underwrite activities promoting excellence in coaching
* To advocate coaching as a catalyst for personal and organizational success
