The Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation was created in 1982 by a small group of Texas business men and women to focus awareness on the positive achievements made by outstanding business legends and to honor their contributions to their community and their state.

The Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation proudly reaffirms its mission of recognizing the accomplishments and contributions of our outstanding Texas business leaders, to perpetuate and inspire the values of entrepreneurial spirit, personal integrity, and community leadership in all generations of Texans.
Moving Forward:
This mission is achieved by honoring Texas’ foremost past and present business leaders and by inspiring the leadership of the future. Inductees into the hall of fame are chosen for their distinguished accomplishments in business and their contributions to the development of a healthy, dynamic community in Texas and to the state’s overall economic well-being. These leaders are honored during the Annual Induction Dinner.
Each year, scholarships are awarded to outstanding Texas students who exhibit the same entrepreneurial drive and leadership spirit. The continued success of the Scholarship Program is made possible through the contributions of many supporters, as well as the Scholarship Endowment Program.
