Laura began her career in the UK, where she spent nine years growing her practice with well-established London-based agencies before relocating to Dubai in 2008. As Co-founder and Managing Director of Carlton Real Estate, she lead a team of specialised agents, offering insightful expertise to clients looking to sell, purchase, or lease residential or commercial real estate. Under her direction, the company managed a portfolio of over 20,000 apartments and villas located throughout the city with a focus on assisting high net worth individuals (HNIs) develop, manage, and enhance their portfolios.
