We’re running a suite of programs at the interface of biology, automation, and machine learning to rapidly convert the life sciences to a data-first discipline. We aim for these programs to represent a new strategy for researchers to collaborate on large, data-intensive projects.
Current projects include the Protein Engineering Tournament (a global benchmark for enzyme design), GROQ-seq (quantitative genomics at scale), and new microbial phenotyping platforms. Our team includes researchers, engineers, and systems thinkers with deep experience in automation, biology, and machine learning.
