I’ve always had a profound fascination for discovering how the mind works which led me to study and qualify in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to Master Coach level, and mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) to Coach Trainer level, a method based on neuroscience and practical coaching techniques.
