Ms. Scandone founded the HauteLook.com beauty business and was the Vice President/EMM of Beauty at Nordstromrack.com / HauteLook.com from 2009 to 2016. Ms. Scandone has held additional executive roles in cosmetics and beauty at Ulta Beauty, Saks 5th Avenue, HSN, Belk and Federated Department Stores. Recently Paula worked for BeautyStat during their start up phase and opened 15 retailers including Ulta Beauty-all door expansion.
