About The Bionic Welder

We provide Laser Cutting, CNC forming and robotic welding. Some of the equipment we utilize is 2 Axis Tube Laser For cutting multiple shapes; square, rectangular and round tubing, and Automated Tube cutting System which allows accurate cutting of varying lengths. We use high-strength low Alloy material as a standard for most of our steel products. By using multiple axis positioners and welding robots, we can weld many parts complete without re- fixturing. Our welding methodology is superior to standard welding practices. CNC forming machines with 6 axis back-gauge than can hold multiple shapes. Automated deburring systems assure your parts are burr free. We work with our customers and help design their parts to provide the optimal welding joint configuration.
