We spent a significant amount of time in the boardroom with our colleagues, discussing daily business and strategy. The good, the bad, and the ugly were all part of our lives. We have the experience! We therefore believe the best investment is to regularly boost your board. Not once every 3 years a feel good 2 day offsite, but way more constructive and on a regular basis to be able to continuously improve. Think of it as highly impactful short interval training.
