The BRICC Foundry

We are a collective of women, Building Resources Inspiring Change in our Community (BRICC)! Our mission is to mitigate socio-economic disadvantages while helping women navigate the very real glass ceilings we face. The BRICC Foundry is a direct response to staggering underrepresentation & uneven playing fields that affect women in business, startups & technology spaces. Many companies often overlook the realities of women, who face great obstacles and receive the least support. When companies take a one-size-fits-all approach to advancing women, especially those of color, we end up underserved and left behind.
