Also known as The CandEs, the program was founded in 2011 and is now part of Survale. Each year, participating companies send surveys to hundreds of thousands employment candidates (both successful and not) to assess their experience during the recruiting process. This rigorous, scientifically-supported data capture enables companies to see how they’re doing, internally and relative to the rest of the industry.
