We are a Southern Arizona-based business founded by a family with a rich history of entrepreneurship and philanthropy. The remarkable life of José Canchola & Carmen Canchola founded our company. José's story is one of perseverance and achievement. Born to immigrant parents in Kansas, he moved to Chicago at a young age and started his career as a paperboy in the financial district. Through hard work and determination, he became a successful investment banker, eventually becoming the first Hispanic member of the New York Stock Exchange. In addition to his work in finance, José also made his mark in the restaurant industry, owning multiple restaurants and commercial real estate in Arizona. He was a beloved community member known for his generosity, hosting annual Christmas parties for children from Mexico and supporting numerous charitable causes. José's & Carmen's legacy of philanthropy continues today, as our company is committed to giving back to our community and positively impacting the world. We are proud to honor his memory by upholding his values of hard work, integrity, inclusivity, and compassion in all that we do. Thank you for joining us on this journey.
