About The Deacon Centre
We are a creative space for adults with Physical, Learning and Communication disabilities and those who care for them. We provide activity sessions in Creative Writing, Art, Music and Drama for Service Users, their carers and support workers in and around the East Surrey area. We are a registered charity based in Caterham, Surrey and take our name from Caterham resident Joey Deacon who overcame severe disability to write a successful book.
