About The Employability Lab (TEL) Africa
The Employability Lab (TEL) Africa is a non-profit organisation that has recognised an existent gap between young people, particularly in Nigeria, and employability. We are closing this gap by grooming young people with the necessary knowledge, skills and resources, to champion the future of work in Africa, and dominate globally. Our HOW? 1. Training and capacity development workshops. 2. Direct mentorship and coaching. 3. Education and awareness. 4. Legislative advocacy for inclusion of work-readiness programs/courses in the curriculum of secondary and tertiary institutions. 5. Connect qualified job seekers to prospective employers.
