This practical research includes, Covey, Hettler, Gardner, Goleman, Markovich and Warren. The seminal work of Sternberg provides the footing for the development of the foundation, framework, function and focus. The Seven Functional Rubrics of Functional Intelligence for Success provide the classification structure providing a results driven paradigm to have improvements in Relationship, Responsibility, Reality, Resiliency and Relevancy, Reframing and Reasoning experiences.
